Athletic Development Strength & Conditioning Coach
Rick is a Athletic Development Strength & Conditioning Coach. He was a Canadian National Track & Field Team Member for nine years and ranked in the top three Canadian decathletes from 1988-1997. He also worked as the strength and conditioning coach for the Calgary Flames for 19 years.

Turn and Burn is a blend of indoor cycling and strength training. Located at 637 11th Avenue S.W.
